We offer refunds up to 60 days after the purchase of our products, the return cost being $0 for all eligible items; however, it's important to note that any custom and/or digital items are exceptions and will not be refunded under any circumstances due to their personalized nature. Before purchasing a custom product, we require all customers to acknowledge our pre-purchase agreement.

Changed to Your Order

Kindly reach out to us promptly at support@printyourvinyl.com if you wish to modify your order. Our in-house team typically processes orders within 12 hours of receiving them, and we will not be able to make any alterations to your order once it has been received by our team.
