Is My Photo Good Enough?
If you follow these photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use:
• The photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• The photo is high resolution and at least 300 DPI; otherwise the printed covers &/or center labels may be blurry.
• No important elements such as text or faces are out of frame.
• Text is not present near the edges of cover or decal images
Can I Change My Order?
If you contact us at support@printyourvinyl.com within 12 hours of placing your order and production hasn't begun, we can change or cancel it with a full refund. Once production begins we're unable to make changes, since your one-of-a-kind record is already being made.
Will You Add a Tracklist to the Cover?

How is the Sound Quality?
Our commitment to enhancing the sound quality of our lathe-cut records has been a top priority. While it's true that lathe cuts may exhibit some initial surface noise, pops, and cracks when played, these almost always disappear with time. Significant strides have been made in minimizing these crackles and pops and our relentless dedication to improving sound quality remains unwavering. What About the Playability?
These records do not play as well on cheap turntables without a weighted tonearm, such as the typical starter Crosley turntables. Lighter tonearm weight and neutral anti-skating works best. Sometimes the needle will get caught in between the grooves and sound awful. You can gently nudge the needle back into the bottom of the groove, which will fix the problem. If the album does not sound right, the needle is most likely not in the groove, please make sure to always double check this.

My first customised vinyl and probably the first ever vinyl of my fav group SB19 and i'm lovin' it! It was nicely packed when it arrived, it even comes with inner and outer sleeve. The front and back picture cover and the sticker pictures on the vinyl was really good quality. I am coming to this site from another vinyl cutting company, who I was really unhappy with. This site is great! The Product look amazing and has the best sound quality I have heard on a reproduced cut so far. My only advice is to have the record jacket altered so it has a spine/ a larger opening for the color vinyl. The color vinyls are thicker than other heavy duty discs I have seen, and should have a bit more room in the record jacket to avoid warping the seams of the jacket. Side note: The images/ record art work are printed high gloss* and look really vibrant. Overall I’m incredibly happy and will stick with this company. I have placed over ten orders and have not been let down. Thanks for the consistency!

It definitely surprised me how well everything came out. I paid for the mastering. The only reason its not 5 stars is becuase there was one track that has a notable amount of scratchy noise/static for ~45 seconds, but the rest of the record sounded very clean.

I recently got a my custom vinyl record, and overall I’m pretty satisfied with it. First of all, the design is beautiful. The vinyl itself looks great, and the sleeve artwork turned out really nice—clean, well-printed, and exactly what I expected. As for the sound quality, I’d rate it around 8/10. Most of the tracks play well and sound clear. However, there is a small issue: the last song on each side tends to cut off slightly before the actual ending—about 5–10 seconds early. It’s not a huge problem, but it is noticeable. Aside from that, everything else is good, and I’m quite happy with this custom vinyl overall.

I designed a custom vinyl for my boyfriend, for our 2nd anniversary together. I made the graphics on Canva, and it was super easy to import the images and scale them. When will my order be ready?

Because every record is hand-cut to order, turnaround shifts with the season:
- Slow months (Mar–Apr): as fast as 2–3 days
- Average months (May–Oct): around 5–10 days
- Holiday peak (Nov–Feb): up to 15–25 days
The "current processing time" above always shows today's real turnaround; the seasonal ranges are for planning and future orders.
How Do I Create My Vinyl Record?
1. Upload Your Front & Back Cover: Start the process by uploading the images you'd like to use for your custom vinyls front and back cover.
2. Upload Your Center Labels / Stickers: Next upload the images you'd like for the Side A & Side B center labels, or 'stickers' on your custom vinyl record.
3. Add Your Songs: Then add your songs; you'll be given two options when doing so, (1) you can either upload your own audio files or (2) simply type in the name of any song(s) found on streaming services such as Spotify & Apple Music and the PrintYourVinyl team will download the audio files for you and have them cut onto your custom vinyl record.
4. Add Your Extras - Finally, we move to adding extras. We highly recommend all customers purchase priority processing if they are getting their records as a gift and/or have a in deadline in mind to receive their record. We also offer audio mastering to ensure the sound quality of your record has the highest fidelity possible.

What Happens on Our End?
As soon as we receive your order our in-house team gets to making your cover, stickers and downloading your music so they can lathe-cut them into your record. This process in itself is an art that demands precision, patience, and lots of craftsmanship - so please be patient throughout the process.
Is My Photo Good Enough?
If you follow these photo guidelines, then your photo is very likely good enough to use:
• Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• Make sure the photo is high resolution and at least 300 DPI; otherwise the printed covers &/or center labels may be blurry.
• Make sure no important elements such as text or faces are out of frame.
Can I Change My Order?
After placing an order it is highly likely we have already sent it to our in-house team for review, so unless there are very specific circumstances we typically do not allow this, although you can still attempt to reach out within 12-hours of having placed the order to see if any changes may be possible.
Will You Add a Tracklist to the Cover?
We are unable to add any modifications to the photos you’ve uploaded.
How is the Sound Quality?

While it's true that lathe cuts may exhibit some initial surface noise, pops, and cracks when played, these almost always disappear with time. Significant strides have been made in minimizing these crackles and pops and our relentless dedication to improving sound quality remains unwavering. Return Policy?
We offer free 60-day returns for our products, the return cost being $0 for all eligible items; however, it's important to note that any custom and/or digital items are exceptions and cannot be returned under any circumstances due to their personalized nature.
